Our GIN Bowls are well known in New Haven. If you haven’t had the pleasure then come to ROLi and try one, as we’re not giving away our secrets here! We offer a full realm of liquor, plus a seasonal cocktail menu, but we feel that we have a special opportunity with Gin to have some additional fun with it. In Europe, gin is a huge part of the cocktail landscape with an exponential rise of artisanal and craft breweries as people look for cultural authenticity and quality. These small batch gins use local botanicals to create complex and nuanced flavors.
All our cocktails, like our food, have been thoughtfully curated and tested (!) and many use Chef ROLi’s authentic touches such as his hand crafted syrups.
