Growing up in Hungary, a small lad who always had a good meal on the table. Not because he was privileged but simply because his mother had an uncanny sense of how to turn simple ingredients into something special. This talent he inherited. It’s not a learned thing, it’s a sixth sense. Of course he’s trained in the culinary arts… are you kidding?
