    We make every effort to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions. However, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our dishes. You agree to consult with restaurant staff for any specific dietary concerns.

  • This policy sets out how we use Social Media, and will tell you what you can expect from us if you follow ROLi official accounts on Facebook or Instagram.

    We do not use any automation to post content, such as tools that generate tweets from RSS feeds. If you follow us, you can generally expect no more than 1 tweets, posts or pins a day at this time, usually less, covering the following:

    ● alerts about new content relating to ROLi on digital channels (news, publications, opening social media channels, publicity campaigns, etc)

    ● alerts about new content relating to arts (primarily photos or illustrations) or charitable concerns supported by ROLi

    ● occasional live coverage of events

    Following

    We follow organisations and public individuals which share or represent ROLi’s interests as a restaurant. They include (but are not exclusively limited to) other businesses with whom ROLi has worked and organisations which we support. We do not automatically follow back new followers. Due to resources, we infrequently review our follower list. Being followed back does not imply endorsement of any kind.

    Availability

    We will update and monitor our social media accounts during office hours, Monday to Friday. Social media platforms may occasionally be unavailable and we accept no responsibility for lack of service due to third party downtime.

    @Replies, Direct Messages, Comments

    We welcome feedback from all our followers and endeavour to join the conversation where possible. However, sometimes we are not able to reply individually to all the messages we receive. We do read all posts, comments, @replies and Direct Messages. We do not engage on issues of party politics or answer questions which may infringe the owners of ROLI’s ( Roland Olah and Angela Grogan) personal privacy. Social media users should be aware that ROLi or their social media manager Carissa Duhamel @exwaitress.com replies to messages in person.
