3–4+ years' experience in quality-driven kitchens
Take pride in what they put on the plate
Can handle a busy service without losing standards
A strong work ethic and attention to detail
Works with awareness and initiative, not waiting to be told what to do
A desire to learn, grow, and push themselves
Show up on time ready to work (every day)
